Verify Insurance & Gather Documents

Our team will verify your insurance benefits and let you know which documents are needed to begin the authorization process. Having the required information ready can help prevent delays in starting ABA services.

Documents may include:

  • Insurance card

  • Parent or guardian photo ID

  • Diagnostic evaluation

  • ABA referral or prescription, when required

  • Relevant medical or developmental records

  • Previous ABA evaluations or treatment plans, if applicable

Conociendo a su analista

Después de recibir y aprobar sus documentos, nuestro equipo administrativo lo pondra en contacto con uno de nuestros experimentados analistas . En esta reunión inicial, su analista y usted repasan el historial médico, las preocupaciones de comportamiento y las prioridades. Durante esta reunión, el analista también reservará un tiempo para observar a su hijo en su entorno natural. Esta reunión colaborativa proporcionará los datos y los antecedentes necesarios para elaborar un plan de comportamiento individualizado.
